Hi, I’m Paul Fox. Iv'e been practicing and studying yoga intensively for the past 25 years and have trained nearly 200 yoga teachers.
I hold teaching qualifications with BWY, John Scott Yoga and Yoga Sports Science, as well as the Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). For the past three years I have been a Board Member of the Yoga In Healthcare Alliance and deliver an NHS-commissioned 10-week yoga protocol to NHS patients. In 2016 I published the acclaimed yoga novel, Yoga Quest (available on Amazon). I was a BBC journalist on Radio 4 for 23 years until devoting myself full time to yoga. My personal practice is therapeutic hatha yoga to create a holistic self-healing practice.
